New Training Cycle begins March 31st. 🏋️♂️
For the two weeks between the Open and the beginning of the new cycle, we’ve been establishing current rep maxes for these lifts in tandem with coaches programming week which means that we’ve seen all of our coaches favorite movements, skills and workout tests. It’s been a wild ride!
We are going all in on the strength for the next few months as we progress through the classic lifts like Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Shoulder Press.
This is a tried a true program courtesy of our Head Coach that has been proven year after year. 💪🏼
