🦵 Leg Day with Navi at THRIVE Fitness Club! 🌟
Meet Navi, a dedicated client since 2022! We’re so grateful for the trust and relationship we’ve built over the years. Today was all about legs, mobility, and having fun while training! 💪❤️Today’s Focus:
Before diving into our workout, I always check in with my clients. Navi came in with tight hip flexors, so we prioritized mobility in our warm-up. We used the cobra stretch for some deep passive stretching to open up those hip flexors, quads, and lower back.Here’s what we tackled today:
1️⃣Single Leg RDL with Knee Drive
3 sets of 8 controlled reps
Focus on time under tension. I recommend training barefoot to really engage those nerve endings!
2️⃣Single Leg Press for Hamstring
Foot positioned at the top of the leg press
3 warm-up sets of 12-15
2 working sets of 6-8 (high effort)
3️⃣Glute and Ham Raise with Light Resistance Band
3 sets of 15
1-second pause at the top
4️⃣Single Leg Lunge Hold with Tennis Ball Catches
12 tennis ball catches
Creating time under tension while enhancing eye-hand coordination!
5️⃣Good Mornings with PVC Pipe
Relaxing the low back and hamstrings
3 sets of 15
