7 MONTHS 🥲 I hadn’t pressed a barbell since the injury in August. I love barbells and value them so much in my training. You realize even more how valuable movements/training tools are when you’re forced to temporarily put them on hold. Using a barbell, moving your body freely without restriction, and even waking up today is a privilege. Stay healthy and stay moving! LFG. 📈

Slowly, but surely building miles/endurance and practicing staying at a consistently slower pace for longer distances. With plenty of runs between each of the sessions listed here, my legs/cardio have never felt better. The increase in lower-body strength training and the uptick in stretching/mobility frequency has paid off and I couldn’t be more stoked. Only one way to get better at running… RUN. 📈
