Do push your field goals to the right? If you’re holding your follow-through straight down your target line after contact, you’re not allowing your leg to finish the kick. And not finishing the kick is a power leak.

Remember this formula: open (backswing) + square (contact) + close (follow-through) = power in the swing arc

Coach Cole and I are proud of every athlete who walked onto that field, into our gym, into our classroom and went to work. You took a step that most never do.

Feedback provides clarity. Clarity creates intentionality. Intentionality feeds confidence. That is what Saturday was about.
