Celebrating a major win for my students health today: bone density scan results are officially positive and showing great progress! 🦴💪This is proof that consistency pays off. Combining yoga for flexibility and balance, cardio for overall stamina, and heavy weightlifting to stimulate bone growth has been the ultimate formula. Taking care of our skeletal health is a lifelong journey, and I’m so grateful to see this hard work paying off from the inside out.To anyone working on their strength, bone health, or fitness goals—keep pushing! : Stop ignoring that sharp pinch in your shoulder! 🛑👇When you have shoulder impingement, the upper arm bone rides up and squishes the tendons underneath. Stretching blindly can actually make it worse.Instead of stretching, you need to strengthen the muscles that pull that bone back down into its proper socket.Get a light resistance band and try this circuit 3 to 4 times a week:1️⃣ Banded External Rotations (3 sets x 15 reps) — Keep a rolled towel under your elbow!2️⃣ Band Pull-Aparts (3 sets x 15 reps) — Focus on the upper back, not just your arms.3️⃣ Banded Rows (3 sets x 12 reps) — Keep your shoulders down away from your ears.⚠️ Move through a pain-free range of motion.
