Our updated Kids & Teens schedule is here!

But Jiu-Jitsu for our kids is about so much more than learning techniques. It’s about building confidence, focus, discipline, resilience, friendships… and having a whole lot of FUN along the way. 😆🧡

We love watching these kids grow on the mats learning how to work hard, support each other, get back up, and celebrate every little win together.
