What’s a Healthy Rate of Fat Loss?
How fast should you lose body fat?

Research supports a sustainable fat loss rate of approximately 0.5–1% of total body weight per week for most individuals. Faster weight loss often increases risk of:

Lower body focus… build strength where it matters 🔥

Hit this leg-focused workout:
• Step-Ups → superset Jump Rope (10–12 each leg / 30–45 sec)
• Single Leg Deadlift (8–10 each leg)
• Goblet Squat (10–12 reps)
• Glute Bridge (12–15 reps)
• Back Lunge (10 each leg)

Sets: 3–4 rounds
Rest: 60–90 sec between sets

Unilateral work + strength = better balance, stronger glutes, and more power in everything you do ⚡️
