AKO Apparel 4AKO Designs was founded in January 2006 by 4 former Darkside SD (DSSD) members... Arbel Alex, Chris Portacio, Ariel Delos Santos and Joseph Kraft.

Our company was primarily graphics design, large format printing, screen printing and traditional off set printing on paper.
___In November of 2008 a few friends of ours wanted us to make shirts for their performance when Wowowee came to San Diego. The shirts were a hit and so we started AKO Apparel by Alix Ako & Chris Haider. "A'ko" translates to "me" or "I" in Tagalog. When you wear the AKO bran

d you are basically saying this brand I'm wearing is about "ME".
___September 2012, Dominique Avestro and I start AKO Athletics. We print team shirts and jerseys for local youth sports in San Diego.
___June 2014, Chris Portacio started AKO Kendamas.

Sorry I haven't been making shirts lately, but you can shop at Island Blue on etsy or ask Wilfred Cruz for shirt printing needs.
