Train Logs project “stop being fat”
Had a little knee strain last Wednesday but it was feeling good enough for power cleans:
1. Power clean +2 Front Squats
6 sets building to 195 #
2. Clean Pulls 4 x 3
Top set 215 #
3. 12 EMOM
