We are excited to introduce Aditi Karthik, founder of Fueling Our Bodies, to our SDVBC & Seaside community!

Her mission is to help her fellow athletes understand how to properly fuel their bodies and build healthier habits to support their overall wellbeing. She will be hosting free workshops to give tips & resources that encourage these habits and help you be the best athlete you can be!
