Levels of confrontation aren’t just physical. They start with awareness, intention, and control.

In Wing Chun, we don’t train to fight. We train to survive, to de-escalate, and to protect ourselves and the people around us. Wu Shu isn’t about aggression. It’s about discipline, responsibility, and knowing when not to engage.

You’ll see Sifu here with his hands up, saying, “I don’t want to fight.” That’s always the first choice. But when there’s no other option, we’re prepared. The final moment shows structure, readiness, and protection in motion.
