ts, hula hooping on the dance floor, exploring the woods and playing in life. She was raised in Upstate NY and has lived in Savannah, GA, Austin, TX, Maui, HI, and Boulder, CO. Often found as a gypsy, traveling and living off the land, she brings a multitude of knowledge and challenge to her teachings. She offers a warm heart, an array of options and aims to inspire, encourage and breathe in unity with her students. "Challenge + Love = Change" is her motto & she encourages this in every class.
