This is another custom workout made just for my client over at the outdoor fitness area... It is awesome because it is literally like training in a coliseum haha!!
Anyone can use it tho if you have some dumbbells, a treadmill, and a set of stairs! I guess we are all like Ronnie Coleman- Just need a place to workout to be happy!! Where are you working out... You better be working out... ARE YOU WORKING OUT???

You can’t just stop a bad habit, you have to replace it.

This just means you have to create a go to activity to replace an existing activity that you No longer want as part of your current routine.

If you do not create an alternative plan ahead of time for that time, feeling, or trigger that keeps leading you to the thing you want to replace, then you will always end up going back to the old ways...

This is really good for diet, but can be applied to anything your trying to change.

Politics - so 2020! Focus on what will make you grow this year! Passion for your beliefs are great... until they consume your entire world. More importantly, do not exchange the stimulation from a workout to talk politics!!! Get back to that workout! Tag anyone who you think needs to hear this and get back to the workouts haha!!
