Blue Wave Taekwondo of OB An all ages/family Tae Kwon Do martial arts program run by volunteer martial arts instructors. Mondays & Wednesdays, 5-7pm. Ocean Beach Rec Center.

During our Chung Do Kwan martial arts training you will....1) Learn a wide range of self defense
