From Private Club’s tied to real estate and Memberships offering Equity to Member Owned models and Private Clubs operated as corporate entities, there are pro’s and con’s for a developer to consider with each of the various iterations including planning to operate as a fully private club or a semi- private facility. We’ll discuss how a surf park’s business plan can use a membership model to unlock a higher return on investment. We’ll also discuss the physical facilities and customer demands that are required to service what is your most loyal customers with each of these models. The team from Surf Park Management is fresh off a great week at Surf Park Summit, brought to us by our friends from Over 300 industry leaders gathered and our nascent industry is truly at a tipping point with so many experienced developers and sophisticated investors now in the space. Skip and Cate led presentations to give insights on how the integration of a hotel operation needs to strategically align with the surf park operation. They also provided an in-depth exploration of the various private club models and how they can be a great strategy to launch a surf park.
