MEMBER SPOTLIGHT! SWIPE LEFT >>>
This month’s member spotlight belongs to none other than Brandon Laxamana!
Brandon joined our community a little over 2 years ago with the main goal of finding his “fitness home” where he could receive the coaching, direction, & accountability he needed take his health in a new direction.
Well we are proud to say that after 2+ years he has surpassed those goals and has solidified a new lifestyle filled with healthy habits, a strong body, and a boatload of new friends!
Brandon has completed 600 workouts within that timeframe and his consistency has paid off in spades!
Here are some facts about Brandon…
Fun Fact: I’m surprisingly handy! Just by watching YouTube tutorials, I’ve been able to install lights, fans, faucets, assemble and disassemble furniture, and paint an entire house.
Favorite Hobby: Cooking! I love to play around in the kitchen and cook nutritious and protein-rich meals.
Recent Win: Completing the 75 Hard challenge and running a 10k. Goals I never imagined I’d be able to achieve a few years back.
Training Tip: Cut down on or cut out alcohol. It’s so detrimental to one’s fitness and health. Workouts are so much better (and easier) without it.
6 Month Goal: Continue getting stronger and leaner while training to run a half-marathon before the end of the year.
