KAO Basketball () fielded a 17U, 16U, and 15U team this summer for AAU season! For the second season in a row - spring was the first - Coach Travon reached out to us to develop his athletes. Some areas of performance that we improved were vertical jump, multi-directional speed, and general strength 💪

This is especially important for our collegiate 4sight Athletes who will be on the road for several games and competitions, but our high school 4sight Athletes should also practice this! Maddie will be playing Division II soccer next year, and as an incoming freshman, she understands how important it is for her to prepare herself from a physical and mental standpoint. She comes in as early as possible to knock out her off-season summer program, and uses the rest of the day to work, spend time with friends, and enjoy her summer! We want everyone to have a fun-filled summer, but if you want athletic success, it’s important you take care of your priorities! Let’s get to work, 4sight Family! 🙌

Quit procrastinating, knock out your studying, and crush your final exams and projects so that you can end the school year on a positive note! With that momentum, you are setting yourself up for a great summer! For 2024 athletes, this may be your last summer before your collegiate careers! For 2025 athletes, junior year is when most athletes turn the corner - will you be one of them? All of that starts now before the school year is over! 🏁

Tell your teachers “thank you” as you leave their classrooms, ask your parents about their days after they ask about yours, and stay true to your workout routines. Doing the good simple things on a daily basis will lead to stronger relationships, more joy, and personal development. Don’t overlook the “boring,” there is so much value in consistency and redundancy. 🔁
