Today, as CEO of Taktika Padel, he is proud to lead the largest active padel operation in California building communities that make the sport more accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for everyone.
Ryan Redondo bring’s experience that spans every level of the game of Padel and every part of the racquet sports industry:
🎾 CEO of Youth Tennis San Diego / Barnes Tennis Center, one of the largest and most active racquet centers in the world, home to ATP, WTA, collegiate, international and national junior events.
🏓 Host of Major League Pickleball and other elite tournaments, overseeing some of the largest racquet operations in the USA including the 5th largest pickleball event in the world.
🔥 Former Chair of the Pro Padel League Board of Governors, Tournament Director for PPL Season 3, and host of the Padel America Junior Championships 2025. Former USPA Competition Committee member and has hosted every level of USPA events on the calendar.
🏫 Founder of the first college padel facility and clubs in the U.S., uniting universities like USD, UOP, and Cal State Dominguez Hills under the Padel movement.
🌎 Padel MBA-certified coach and certifier, committed to raising the standard for coaches and players nationwide.
His mission is simple:
