Important Update – Mission Valley Location

Due to a devastating flood that impacted the entire building, CrossFit ATR Mission Valley will be temporarily closed for the next couple of weeks while repairs are underway.

The good news: classes will continue as scheduled at our Kearny Mesa location, and we’re ready to welcome all Mission Valley athletes there during this time. 💪❤️

This is a tough and unexpected pause, but we’re grateful for our community, our coaches, and everyone who has already reached out with support. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and can’t wait to reopen stronger than ever.

🚨 24 Hours. 335,267 Meters. Savage Pace🚨

Four absolute savages from CrossFit ATR just took on Rogue’s “The Standard” Challenge—and left it all on the rower. Over 24 brutal hours, they logged an insane 335,267 meters, holding an average split of 2:08/500m the entire time.

This wasn’t for the faint of heart. It was for the gritty. The relentless. The ones who don’t just embrace the grind, they thrive in it.

Huge respect to this crew for redefining what’s possible.
