Here's the key: don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water. Thirst is actually a sign that the body is already a little behind. Encourage your young athletes to sip water before, during, and after every practice and game to stay energized, focused, and feeling their best on the field. 💪🏃

We look for people who bring real experience playing and coaching sports, but just as important, a true passion for working with kids. Every coach completes a background check and thorough training before they ever step onto the field.

Behavior issues are rare—but when they come up, we keep it simple and supportive. We start with a conversation to understand what's going on. If needed, a short timeout gives kids a chance to reset and rejoin when they're ready. And if challenges continue, our on-site director partners with parents to find the best path forward.

Our next incredible session of Skyhawks Sports classes is open for registration in Chula Vista with .

Enroll your child and watch them grow in confidence, joy, athleticism and friendship through sports. No equipment, no uniforms, no high travel demands - just neighborhood recreation full of@fun games, skill development, drills that build up to competition. Our goal is to be your child’s fun, positive sports experience to plant the seed for a healthy lifestyle.

Sessions run all year round for 5 & 8 week classes. It’s incredible what your kids will learn and experience after a few sessions or different sports experiences.

Tuesdays: Basketball
Fridays: Soccer, beginner golf, volleyball
Saturdays: Multi-sport
