Largest boys competitive program in San Diego. San Diego's very successful state of the art Gymnastics and multi-sport Training Facility. For all NEW athletes, we provide your first month free, with a minimal registration fee. Our state-of-the-art 16,000 square foot facility is large enough for two competition floors with ample room for training and exercise equipment. With the help of our staff,
team members, volunteers, and sponsors, our facility is the perfect place for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Gymnastics is one of the few sports that offers various levels, allowing our athletes to either pursue the sport on either a competitive level, or just for fun. We offer USAG Competitive Gymnastics for men and women from levels 4 thru 10 as well as noncompetitive gymnastics for all ages, preschool-adult. CGC also offers a variety of non-gymnastics classes relevant to people of all ages and abilities. We offer classes such as: Champs and Me, Mini Champs, Recreation Gymnastics for Girls and Boys, Recreation Cheer, Tumbling, High School Gymnastics, as well as tumbling clinics to learn specific skills such as back handsprings. We also have very popular, strong Parkour program and Aerial Silks classes. In addition to all these classes, CGC provides seasonal camps, birthday parties, parents night out, and open gym! Our mission at CGC is to provide a high level of instruction, build strong well rounded athletes, and offer a positive environment for the athletes and parents alike. From our preschool program all the way to our competitive athletes, they will learn discipline, self reliance and build self-esteem. At CGC our equipment is safety approved by USA Gymnastics National Safety Certification Program.
