Sensei Jackson gives us the SMART framework to help us organize our thoughts and goals. Try writing out your goals using this framework and bring it to the dojo to show us!

4 Time ISKA US OPEN World Champions!! We couldn’t be more proud of our senior demo team!! Last week they competed in Orlando against some of the best martial artist in the world and ended up taking 1st place!
