Kool N Fit is my go to or gotta have stuffs for my training and racing.
They have helped relieve pain during my multi-day races. I actually
have been using since 2015 when I started racing ultra triathlon. My
favorite is the kool n fit in "pen" option. This allows me to have my
kool n fit with in my cycling jersey pocket. In fact, I've used it in
all of my Ultraman, Ironman, 5 Ironman in 5 consecutive days in which I
made Guinness World Record (2015) as well as Red Bull Trans Siberian
Extreme. I have recommended it to my athletes as well and they love it.
