KettleFlex Fit Family! We are having a Gym Challenge on Sat, 04 Mar 23.
This is a free event for all our members and their guest. It will be a fun partner workout created for all fitness level. You’ve been working hard at the gym now let’s test your endurance. We are wishing everyone a happy and healthy new year.

When picking new years resolutions or goals remember to start small and keep at it.
1 day turns into 2, 2 into 3 etc....

If you want to eat better or workout more or make better habits focusing on "today I will dy XYZ" instead of "this year I will...".
Small steps is the way to make long lasting changes.

Huge shout-out to for completing 5000 Swings in the month of October.
In order to complete that many swings (250 a day x5 days a week) there is a lot of extra credit swings that need to be done outside the regular workouts.
Travis shows up on a regular basis and puts in the work.

Meet Dr. Yossi Stein

Yossi Stein is a second-generation chiropractor who grew up in the La Jolla area. Yossi's father, Dr. Richard Stein founded Stein Chiropractic Center in 1991. Yossi loves supporting people in finding their optimal health and peak performance, through personalized chiropractic care.

Prior to joining Stein Chiropractic Center, Yossi's passion for health care, combined with his love of the outdoors led him to work as a professional ski patroller and EMT.

As an athlete and outdoor enthusiast Yossi is currently an avid surfer, climber, and free diver. He's completed ultra-distance runs, acquired an A-License in skydiving, and is dedicated to continually seeking out his mental and physical edge.

Yossi's passion for chiropractic was cemented after he suffered a traumatic injury shortly after his twenty-second birthday. Throughout his recovery process, the one constant that accelerated his rehabilitation was regular chiropractic care, which allowed him to regain full mobility and get back to engaging with life to the fullest!

He's thrilled to join the KettleFlex Team and support you on your health journey in preventing injuries, recovering from present issues, and helping your body be the most resilient and vibrant that it can be.
