This Saturday, the SDAFFL will be hosting a Gay Bowl XXVI Player Combine at Nobel from 9:30-11:30am for all interested Open and WTNB Division players who filled out the Player Interest Survey, in order to showcase their talents! 🏈 The combine will be split amongst our two fields—with each division participating on their own field.

🚨PLEASE NOTE: Only combine attendees that filled out and submitted the Gay Bowl Player Interest survey by the June 7th deadline will be eligible to be placed onto a Gay Bowl team.

Participation in the combine is neither a necessary requirement, nor does attending the combine guarantee any player an invitation to a team—but attendance is encouraged. 😊 We also ask that you please bring appropriate athletic gear; including shorts or pants without pockets, cleats and water. On Sunday, at the annual End of Season Awards Banquet at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station, the 2026 SDAFFL Hall of Fame class was inducted in front of their friends, teammates and peers. 🏆 Congratulations to Fernando Buendia Junior and Nick Colletti; this year’s inductees!

SDAFFL Championship Saturday begins with the Open Division Semifinals tomorrow! 🤩 At 9am, the State Farm Force will host the Hillcrest Brewing Co. Lightning on Field A; while the Flicks Cobras will host the Woods Real Estate Peckers on Field B. The winners of those two games will then face each other in the Open Division Championship at 1:00pm on Field B.

Immediately following the Open Semifinal games, the 2-seed EQ Inferno will take on the 1 seed San Diego Fertility Center Fast & Fertile in the WTNB Division Championship game at 11am on Field B! 🏈🏆
