We all start from somewhere.
The first picture was in 12/18. I was stressed out from my running my
business, my personal relationships wasn't doing too good because I
was "BUSY" working all the time. I was tired, depressed, angry, and
weak. I was making more money but I wasn't happy.
Then I decided to take control of my life back and work with Dr. Trevor Kashey and Tyler Wall changed my
life around.
5 months later 5/19, (Middle Picture) my life became more vibrant. I
am happier and more confident man. My business, relationship with my
friends and family all improved because I took care of myself.
The third picture was in 2/20. I been traveling around the country the
past year to learn more about business, personal development and high
performance. Life got in the way and I lost my habits.
So this year is why I decide to focus on my health again and join the .
Here are the lessons I learn over the years.
1. Everyone needs a coach. No matter what level you are at in your
life. Even Lebron James have a coach. Having a coach will help guide
you and make sure you are accountable to your goals.
2. Take care of yourself first because everyone around you deserve the
best version of you. It is selfish when you are not capable of giving
your best to your spouse, kids, friends and family.
3. Making money is great, but having real genuine meaningful
connection is even better.
3. Your habits determine your success. Find out what are the key
habits that you need to work on.
4. Make sure to have a stress management system in your life. Because
we live in a hectic world and by learning how to deal with stress we
can live a happier life.
5. Master the basics before doing the advance stuff. I know Basic is
boring but it gets you results.
Special shout to my coach Tyler Wall. I love you brother.
Can't wait to see what we going to accomplish this year together.
I also couldn't do this without Dr. John Rusin. helps me
with my training program. The Pain Free Performance program has gotten
me back into training more seriously.
