1RM Performance Every exercise selected for our athletes is chosen because it has been proven (by science) to actually improve his/her performance in their specific sport.

We are strength and conditioning experts. 1RM Performance is our platform to improve the performance of our athletes while providing an environment with exceptional role models for athletes to look up to. At 1RM, we understand all sports have different physiological demands and that all athletes have developed differently. Each athlete possesses a set of skills that is unique to the sport. We understand these differences and create programs to help these athletes succeed. We build athletes. Oftentimes, sport-specific athletes can develop muscular imbalances that can hinder their performance. Through our experience as athletes and also as strength coaches, we have learned how to correct these imbalances, leading to improved performance. At 1RM, we are athletes with many years of experience. We understand the athlete mindset, as well as the physiology behind the sport. This creates an environment where athletes can mature as people, athletes, and students. We are here to build and educate athletes; simultaneously creating an enjoyable environment for the athlete and the parent.

The road to pro ball and sometimes back to pro ball isnā€™t always friendly. Itā€™ll challenge your heart, make you question your decisions, and beat you up along the way. Some people drop the excuses, put their head down to meet the challenges, and do whatever they need to do (which includes delivering Amazon packages from 330am - 630am before lifts) to get back to the show! Mark is one of those dudes!

This is what it takes to keep elevating you career. has been training with us for 1 year now and has already made big changes. He dropped his 10yd dash time from a 1.75s to 1.56s, broad jump increased from 7ā€™3ā€ to 8ā€™10ā€, and can Bulgarian 100lb dumbbells for 5.

But how does this translate to the baseball field?

Increasing Maksā€™ lower body numbers is essential for greater exit velos and pitch speed. He is constantly hitting balls with 95+ mph exit velos and has hit a couple 100+. These changes has led him to be a starter on a top 20 team in the state on JV as a freshman.

hanging with .dysart this past weekend at the ID camp.

The similaritiesā€¦both started training with me in 8th grade, never took weeks off, always worked hard, complained but put in the work, played exceeded expectations, never disrespectful, have 27ā€ verticals, broad jumps over 8ā€™4ā€, 10s below 1.65, 1.5x bw squatters, and insane number of other things that are awesome about them.

Moral of the story, consistency in your training at allows for cool things to happen šŸ˜
