Stan's Training A personal fitness trainer is a fitness professional possessing the knowledge, skills and abilities I train out of a gym or in the clients' home park area.

Personal fitness trainers assess the clients' level of physical fitness and help them set and reach their maximal fitness goals. I often handle administrative duties, such as scheduling personal training sessions for clients and creating workout incentive programs daily.
