Due to being apart of a military installation we have strict guidelines we are required to adhere to in order to keep our facility up to standards.

Only one warning will be given if it is your first class, other occurrences you will unfortunately not be let into class

We unfortunately will not be having any classes tomorrow MARCH 30TH due to some flooding in our studio. Any drop in passes purchased for tomorrow will still be able to be used for another day. Any updates will be posted here on our instagram. Our team will be messaging those scheduled for tomorrows classes to be updated of our cancellations.

Spring into Shape here at the Semper Fit Center! We will be combining our Group Exercise and FS8 program to give you guys an awesome fitness challenge! Starting April 1st through May 31st try and take 5 classes a week to win an exciting prize.

Our girl Veronica has hit 100 classes and joined the HELL YES CLUB!!! We are so proud of her. Her energy coming into the gym every morning puts a smile on everyone’s face 🕺🏽❤️🧘‍♀️

For our Spring into Shape challenge, we will be offering REFORMER RESTORE EXPRESS on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 0800. This class is a 30-minute stretch class on the Reformer, these exercises aim to stretch and mobilize your body through Pilates reformer exercises. These classes start April 1st and go until May 31st, so take this class while it’s still available!!
