Here’s how I enjoy the night and wake up feeling amazing:

πŸ’§ I don’t drink my calories … I always get sparking water.
πŸ— I prioritize protein
πŸ₯– If I want carbs, I have a small portion β€” smart & satisfying
🍷 I rarely drink alcohol. If you want a drink, have one!
But if you feel awful the next day… maybe it’s time to switch it up.

Bottom line: Have fun … zero regrets!
I feel good before, during, and after because I stick to simple lifestyle tips that work for me.
