Gina has been training with us for just over a year, and her consistency has been incredible to watch. She shows up not only for herself—but for her family, too. As an active grandma who helps care for her grandson, staying strong isn’t optional… it’s essential.
When Gina first started, she was coming in 1–2 days a week. Now? You’ll find her here 4–5 days a week, putting in the work and leading by example.
Over the past year, her balance, flexibility and strength have all improved tremendously—and it shows in everything she does inside and outside the gym.
But what Gina loves most? Feeling strong.
