Big congratulations to our incredible first-time bikini competitor who made her mark at Muscle Contest Night of Champions

Her prep was nothing short of amazing! We took a slow and steady approach, cutting just under 8 lbs in 12 weeks with an impressive fat reduction of all but .6 lbs. The result? A beautifully conditioned, stage-ready physique that showcased her hard work and dedication! 💪

Congratulations to my POSING client . We initially started posing in 2020 as she was prepping for a show but due to Covid she wasn’t able to step on stage as the shows were shut down.

Fast forward two years and under the awesome guidance of her Coach, she stepped on stage for the first time. I think anyone that saw Kate in the gym and saw her work ethic had a feeling she’duu be a top contender.

This weekend Kate earned the title of Excalibur 2023 Overall Figure Champion 🏆

Keep an eye on this one! She’ll be working to hit the National circuit next year to compete for the prestigious title of IFBBPRO!

I wanted to extend a huge congratulations to newest IFBB Pro !!
This past weekend she won both the 35 and 40 plus Figure classes at Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh! I can't say enough great things about this woman! We missed the Pro standing by a spot last year at USAs and she came back with a vengeance ready for that top spot this year - but it wasn't an easy task, that's for sure! We dropped close to 35 lbs and still brought in her best conditioning to date!!! By far, one of the toughest and most kind women I know! So deserving of the win! 👏🏼♥️

She has what it takes to run with the best!! I'm excited for your future in the IFBB!

Congratulations again !! You had an army rooting for you and you came out on top! 🔥 Absolutely impressive!

from Strive client Ms.Vicki 💥 I dont film my clients very often because I'm a very hands on coach and like to watch their every move and make small adjustments to their form.

However, I just HAD to show Vicki the progress on her back...so impressive! 👏🏼 We've been diligently working on her posture and form to correct her shoulder foward rotation which has improved greatly and she continues to get stronger and stronger!

We've been training together since October and I look forward to every single session. She always comes in ready to work and we have a great time!!

Beyond excited for one of our top figure athletes to hit the stage in 11 days!!! This prep was definitely different and harder than any we've done before. We had a different starting point, but I cant tell you how impressed I am with her insane work ethic! You are looking at one of the toughest women on the planet right here! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Today was team training, followed by posing!

We're heading into peak week and then off to Huntington Beach next weekend to grace the stage!! 🤩

I am sooo proud of each of these ladies! Their journey to the stage has all been so incredibly different! They are all so mentally and physically tough, its amazing to witness!

It's been such a rewarding experience being able to coach and get to know each of them personally! 🙏

You ladies rock!! Let's finish the week strong and continue to show the world what you're made of!! 💪🏽

Busy with .pool and 💪🏼 We trained glutes, posed and worked on stomach vacuums!👏🏼

If you've ever posed with me, you know how much I stress the importance of practicing your vacuum's! These strengthen your transverse abdominis (layer of muscle behind your re**us abdominis or "6 pack" muscles) and your pelvic floor muscles. You'll gain postural support while also having aesthetic benefits as well! 🔥

Not only that, when you hit it just right in your posing routine it will bring in that Vtaper and sharp obliques that the judges are looking for!

I wanted to share a quite typical lifestyle client 12 week transformation. Aaron's goal wasnt to compete or be stage ready lean. He wanted to complete a 12 week cut and prevent the loss of any muscle or looking "stringy" - which comes from under eating for long periods of time.

He trained hard and was consistent on his meal plans the whole time with 2 trips in a 12 week period. I simplified the meal plan during this travels to help him keep on track. When he wasnt traveling, the meal plans had alot of variety and included all the foods he loved to eat...all calculated and within his macronutrient profile.

He ended up losing 20 lbs and has been able to maintain within 5 lbs or so from his ending weight of 180 lbs for months after! 👏

Happy from Strive Figure athlete .pool!

Jessi will be stepping on the stage for the very first time! I know, it's hard to believe by just looking at her, but shes been putting in the work for years. I've been working with her since November to focus her training with the bodybuilding stage in mind and bringing up certain areas for the Figure division.

Seriously one of the toughest and hardest working athletes I've had the privilege of coaching. She just doesnt give up and puts every ounce of energy she has into every set.

If you train at , I know you've seen this impressive athlete and probably even admired her work ethic! 👏

I'm proud of you girl! Keep it up! ⭐

goes out to these two amazing Strive Bikini ladies! They are both preparing to grace the stage early this year!!

Excited to have Miss back stage this year. Shes also helping with posing 👏

Miss will be stepping on stage as a first time competitor! She's been training with me 2-3 times a week and stepping it up to 4 a week this week (😳😳) to make sure she's giving it her absolute all! 👏👏

Both ladies are extremely hard workers and I'm excited to see what the next couple of months bring for them both! 🏆🙏🏆
