Career Highlights:
344 AVG at the plate as a senior at Del Norte High School

14-1 team regular season, .313 batting average with 15 hits, and a 1.99 ERA across 31+ innings and 5 wins on the mound as a senior in 2025 for the UC Davis club baseball team while also earning his engineering degree from the school.

Meet Coach Eric Kahnert

โšพ๏ธ 5-year San Diego Hawks coach with 200+ career wins and multiple championship seasons.

โšพ๏ธ Led the first-ever Hawks team to compete in Cooperstown, finishing 3rd out of 104 teams.

โšพ๏ธ Guided the 14U team to a Perfect Game Gold Bracket Championship while building a culture of accountability, hard work, and excellence.

โšพ๏ธ Passionate about developing confident athletes, strong teammates, and young men of characterโ€”on and off the field.

Q: What makes coaching with the Hawks so rewarding?

A: Winning championships is exciting, but helping players grow into confident, resilient young men is what matters most. Watching them develop their skills, learn how to handle success and adversity, and carry those lessons into life is incredibly rewarding. The Hawks organization has become an extension of our family, and the friendships weโ€™ve built with players and parents are something weโ€™ll always treasure.

13U (Prime) traveled to Omaha this past weekend and finished in the ๐…๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ out of ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ฆ๐ฌ. The team finished 4-1-1 with a team batting average of .492 and a 1.230 OPS. The team was led by strong pitching across the roster and every player found a way to make positive impact on the weekend.

Truly an unforgettable experience. More to come as we have two more Hawks teams in Omaha right now!!

Congrats to 14U Hawks (Prime) on winning their Memorial Day tournament over the weekend. What an incredible season by this group, going 52-20-2 from August-May, reeling off a multitude of 14U Majors Championships in the process.

Congrats as well to our 13U Hawks (Prime) squad, who reeled off 3 straight wins yesterday and finished the tournament 5-2 (both one run losses). This group had an amazing season as well, going 40-14-1 in the same time frame and also winning many big tournaments.

We are very proud of all of you!!!
