START SETUP!!
Watch coach Finn demonstrate at our most recent camp how to setup on the block.
The first step is to keep you hips as high as possible and draw your weight back. When you have your weight back and pull down on the block with your arms it forces your energy forward.
The block should raise off the ground from the force you exert with your arms in the front of the block as you can hear in the video. He was almost a little too snappy nearly falling in the pool on the second demonstration..
