April, you were transformative.

A month of discipline, expansion, and realignment.
Of pouring into my work, my body, my vision… and learning that not everything aligned is meant to stay.

I showed up fully — in love, in business, in life.
And that’s something I’ll never regret.

But I’m building something that requires consistency, intention, and presence — and I won’t shrink that to make anyone comfortable.

So I’m refining.
Refocusing.
Recommitting to the life I’m creating.

Kassthetics. Expansion. Alignment.
Everything else will meet me there.

March Dump ✨

This month felt like a shift.

Less talking… more becoming.
More discipline. More intention. More alignment.

I’ve been pouring into myself—
my habits, my healing, my routine, my vision.

Showing up in the studio.
Showing up for my body.
Showing up for my life.

And I can feel it… everything is starting to reflect that.

I’m not who I used to be—and I’m not going back.

There’s so much being built behind the scenes.
This next season? It’s different.

April, let’s elevate.

I’m stepping into everything I said I would be.
No more hesitation. No more shrinking.

Every season asks something different from you — right now mine is asking for strength, discipline, and grace.

Not the kind of strength that comes from pushing through… but the strength that comes from choosing myself with intention.

Healing my body, healing my patterns, healing my life — one aligned rep, one boundary, one mindful choice at a time.

The version of me I’m growing into requires presence.
Requires patience.
Requires rest.
Requires courage.

Ten years ago was my last year as a teenager — just trying to figure out who I was, where I belonged, and what I wanted my life to look like. Jobs changed, cities changed, identities uncovered themselves, dreams shifted… and every version of me kept choosing to grow anyway.

If you told 2016 me that one day she’d be a nurse, an entrepreneur, and the owner of her own beauty + wellness brand, she wouldn’t have believed you.

Now, in my last year of my twenties, I’m grateful to see the seeds I planted through a decade of hard work finally beginning to show. Document your moments — they remind you just how resilient you are, how intentional you’ve become, and how capable you are of building the life you once only imagined. 🤍

2025 was brutal.
And still—I’m welcoming 2026 with open arms.

As I look back on this year, I see someone who kept going even when every part of me wanted to stop. I was surviving. Sometimes dissociating. Carrying grief, betrayal, and financial fear while trying to hold it all together.

What I’m most proud of is that I didn’t quit on myself.

A friend reminded me this year that it’s okay to take up space. To pause. To rest. To pour into yourself—even when it feels heavy and unfamiliar.

My nervous system isn’t fully where I want it to be yet, but in 2026 I’m choosing healing through stillness, intention, and softness. Real life is messy. We lose people. Plans change. Things fall apart—and that doesn’t mean we failed.

Thank you, 2025, for the lessons I didn’t ask for but needed.

Here’s to meeting the next chapter with more grace, presence, and self-trust.
