Poway High alums Avery Hilliard of Cornell and Evangeline Thomson of UPenn both medaled at the HEPS Indoor Ivy League Championships. Avery is our 2026 Champion with a jump of 4.28m (14-00.50’)!! We are so proud!!

CIFSDS Division 1 Championships: Senior Hunter Thomson moves on to CIFSDS Finals with a double PR of 14’8” and a 2nd place 🥈 podium spot. Junior Caden Van Pelt also celebrated a PR of 13’2”!. The crosswinds were real; nonetheless, jobs well done all the way around!! 💚💚💚

Congrats to our Varsity athletes, who all competed at Palomar Leagues this past weekend! Senior Hunter Thomson qualified for D1 CIF Championships with a 14’ vault and a 3d place finish. Senior Juelle Benson and Junior Caden Van Pelt also move on to CIF Prelims with 13’ vaults. Way to go!! 💚💚💚
