We are welcoming all competitive dancers and athletes ages 8+ to join the REAL stretching classes every Saturday from 3pm to 4:30pm.
Get ready for 1,5 hours of flexibility and strength exercises that’ll take your performance to the next level.
Our first class kicks off on March 14th - don’t miss it!

Have you signed up for summer camp yet?
Sunshine Gymnastics Summer Camp starts June 16th and runs until August 8th! Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm
No full week obligation: choose your preferred days!

SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM INCLUDES:
😅 Cardio warm-up
💪 Flexibility, strength and conditioning
💃 Ballet & contemporary dance
🌪️ Rhythmic gymnastics skills - balances, jumps and turns
🤸🏼‍♀️ Acrobatics technique
🤹‍♀️ Coordination and Rhythmic gymnastics apparatus technique - rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon
🏖️ Every Wednesday training on the beach
