In the simplest terms ⏩ LIFT WEIGHTS/WORK YOUR MUSCLES.
The more muscle you have that more energy it burns at rest. Muscle is an expensive tissue - this is the tissue you want to build more of if FAT LOSS is your goal.
Build muscle and eat to nurture that muscle. Work on habits that promote good rest & recovery. Your goals are definitely not impossible to achieve with the right strategy.
