Obviously I haven’t been posting lately. I’ve been feeling a big disconnection from Instagram for a while now. And I finally just let it go. So you’ll see me from time to time I’m sure but for now, it’s just a big fat NO. lol.

It’s been really nice being off social media. I find myself no longer feeling any pull to scroll or see what anyone else is doing. But I’m sure I’ll post things randomly when I feel like it.

Like this 😂 I’ve been learning how to dance and omfg reality is nothing like what I have in my head😂 it’s the funniest thing. I’m cracking up at myself.

And just having fun. ❤️

Happy ONE YEAR anniversary to my husband, the absolute love of my life ❤️🥰😍A little glimpse down memory lane through these pics, all the way back to our first ever photo together at the end! 🥹❤️

Our love story has been a beautiful, wild adventure and the things we’ve gone through already have tested us in so many ways. I love how strong we’ve come out in the other side of it all.

I just wanna do life with you forever and ever 🫶🏻

We’ve only been married one year, but we’ve survived a lot together over the last 7 years and if I could give one piece of happy relationship advice it would be this…

Be open, be honest, be vulnerable and be willing to say when things bother you, when you’re upset, when you need something, even when it’s hard or scary and a part of you fears being too much or abandoned.

I struggled with this for most of my relationships until I got into therapy and coaching work…and then I still struggled BUT I started to show up and support myself through the fears enough to say what I needed to say.

It’s not always easy and you may actually hurt your partner in the process at times, but they deserve honesty and your full authentic self. That’s how you grow together and become closer. Through the intimacy of sharing all parts of you, not just the nice, pretty, easy parts. ❤️

A few months ago I was sitting in meditation & received an important message…

STOP TRYING SO HARD. YOU’RE GETTING IN THE WAY

😂

In life & in business, it’s so important to use our intuition as guidance and listen to the messages we receive from our Soul or Source.

But too often we’re white-knuckling it, pushing, forcing, or keeping ourselves so busy with a to-do list that there’s no room left to HEAR our inner wisdom, our inner guidance system.

So this is your reminder to make space ❤️make room for tuning inward and tuning out the rest of the noise.

Set aside time to just BE, and listen, and open your heart and mind to answers that can come from places of so much more wisdom than your conscious, thinking mind.

When nothing feels like it’s working, the answer isn’t doing more, it’s actually in doing less.

This is how I navigate huge fear/anxiety with more grace, peace and confidence.

Failure used to scare me so much that I couldn’t break up with my first boyfriend because it felt like I was admitting I failed at something.

😬thank god those days are over! 😮‍💨

I wasn’t always the entrepreneurial type. I always wanted to just fit in, belong, go with the crowd, be normal.

I was terrified of being different, of standing out, of being seen, of opening myself up to judgment.

And I lived my life like that for 25 years - just trying to fit in. Trying to do what I thought was “good” and “right.”

Go to college, get a job, climb the ladder, settle down…

I started to feel unfulfilled and a little lost in my mid-20’s. But I could never put my finger on it.

I just knew there was “more” to life. But even that idea terrified me.

So I ignored it. And resisted it.

But that calling just kept getting louder. And louder. And louder.

Until one day I was really sick. And I could no longer escape myself, my feelings, and this calling, this inkling for a different life.

That sickness led me on the journey of my life. A most painful but most rewarding journey.

It made me realize I had been living on autopilot for my whole life. Not really living with any intention or purpose whatsoever.

It made me hit a rock bottom so hard that I realized I had nothing more to lose.

It gave me freedom. Freedom from my crippling fear of failure. Freedom to be seen, do something different, stand out and not worry so much about what others would think of me.

While I look back on this period of my life with an ache in my heart for what I had to endure, I also look back on it with SO much gratitude.

I wouldn’t have my business today (I would’ve been too scared to start it)

I wouldn’t have my husband (I never would’ve moved back to the Bay Area where I met him)

I never would’ve spent the last 8 years working whenever and wherever I want with all the autonomy over my life and schedule that I ever wanted.

I never would’ve impacted the thousands of people that I have through my coaching + blog + podcast.

It’s hard to see it in the moment, but our biggest challenges are often our greatest gifts. How can you soften into yours right now?❤️🫶🏻

I cried a lot, even on calls with clients😬. There’s been a lot of letting go, a lot of change, a lot of growth, a lot of mistakes.

Looking back, I definitely would’ve done some things differently but I was doing my best with what I knew at the time. In the future I can do better.

I just want to say thank you to my clients who have had grace and compassion for me during this time and who have put their faith in me as I’ve changed a lot of things around.

I know it hasn’t been easy, but I appreciate your trust so much. And I’m so excited for this next chapter together. It feels so right, so good, so juicy and alive. And I know that when I FEEL that way, it’s better for me AND my clients.

It’s really hard to do what’s right for YOU - it often feels selfish, unreasonable, unfair or even hurtful to others. And that’s just the reality of life and staying true to yourself.

But yeah, it’s hard in business where most of us are also operating from a place of wanting to be loved, validated and liked by others.

Stepping outside of that is so hard, but it’s so necessary for your highest alignment and your highest good.

This has definitely been a rocky last couple of months but the thing that got me through it all was just trusting that whenever I do what feels aligned, it all works out in the end even better than I imagined.

But there’s no doubt about it, the transition through that is wildly painful. So have faith, trust your inner wisdom and know that when you stay aligned with your highest good and your true self, it’s all going to turn ok better than OK.

It’s what’s needed for everyone, even if not everyone can see it yet ❤️

Thank you to this season of business and life for teaching me so many lessons about what it means to be in true alignment and lit up by my business.

Here’s a quick rundown of two powerful somatic and soulful sales practices we teach in our program that you can integrate in your sales process from our Sales Energetics step:

1. Focus on your body awareness: What do you notice in YOUR body during a sales call?

Where do you sense energy? What’s the texture, color, movement of that energy? What happens if you change the color, the temperature? Or move it somewhere else in your body that’s more stable and resourced?
