Our Parent & Me class (ages 2ā€“4) is more than just a chance to get the wiggles out, itā€™s an opportunity to make memories, build confidence, and introduce your little one to the joy of movement.

Together, youā€™ll run, jump, play games, explore obstacle courses, and cheer each other on while building the foundations for an active, confident future.

Trying is how we grow! At Rock It Run Club, we cheer for kids who show up, give it a try, and keep goingā€”even when it feels hard. Every lap, every game, every brave try helps build confidence.

Last month, these Ready to Run runners reached a big milestone. šŸ…On the final day of our Saturday class, they completed their 1-mile medal challengeā€”many for the very first time. What mattered most wasnā€™t how fast they ran, but that they showed up, kept going, and discovered they could do something hard.

Research on growth mindset shows that when kids learn early that effort leads to growth and challenges are safe to try, they build confidence that carries into school, sports, and life. Thatā€™s the heart of Ready to Run: helping kids see themselves as capable, resilient, and proud of what their bodies can do.
