Family Karate PQ Helping students of all ages learn to be strong on the inside and out since 1984. Movement: the human body was designed to move!

Character Building: our aim is to help the student develop a positive life outlook, an attitude of gratitude, and the mental strength, and self discipline, to tackle life’s challenges head on. Martial Arts: our aim is to teach the student to be able to stand up for themselves, and if necessary, to protect oneself. Our method is not based on one particular style, but is rooted in a solid foundation

of concepts and mechanics. Our aim is to help the student learn to move their body with confidence, competence, and efficiency. Our method helps the student to become strong, well conditioned, balanced, agile, and so much more.

Those of you attending the park classes have seen Mr. Thompson and his son wearing the BurpeesGo shirts. Some of you have asked where you can get them.

Mr. Thompson just launched the official store for BurpeesGo. From now until June 15th, 20% of all proceeds from the BurpeesGo store will be donated to Feeding America.

Family Karate PQ will also be doing some fun events in conjunction with BurpeesGo to help others while chasing our own best version of ourselves.
