Celebrating my ‘glow up’ transformation as I took my first steps into the second half of my life at 41 earlier this week! 🥳💪

Of course the highs are fun to look back on. However it’s the challenges, shortcomings, setbacks, failures, disappointments and tragedies I’m most proud of overcoming in hindsight. 👊💥

The road to any total body transformation is never linear. It’s challenging whether your goal is to exercise more, change your physique and/or increase your ability level. Your commitment is a daily ask and it’s amazing what you can discover when you invest in YOUR process. 🥇🏋️‍♂️

Sending love to everyone who’s shaped myself and the first half of my life into a priceless and unforgettable learning experience. I am grateful. 💙🙏

That’s where I come in!

Hi! I’m Chris Dugan. Personal Trainer, Athletic and Pain Free Performance Specialist. (I can also teach Yoga & Zumba Fitness!)

At 40 years old, I’m proud to say I’ve evolved to a level of professional experience I could only dream about when beginning my fitness journey at 15 growing up in Scituate, Massachusetts.

I’ve learned and continue to study from several of the top minds in the industry. I’ll always consider myself a student of all fitness and enjoy applying my craft more than anything else in the world because I love a good physical challenge!

My mission is to share what I’ve learned with all who value investing in an active lifestyle while inspiring hope, confidence, resolve, and courage along the way.

Greetings from San Diego, Chris here! This goes out to anyone who’s followed and/or received a follow request from my new (and 1st ever) underdog entrepreneurial endeavor . ☀️

Thank you for your support, this is the biggest mountain I’ve ever started to climb and I never thought my passion for this lifestyle would lead me to create a small business/brand with large communal aspirations.

While the destination unfolds on a path that’s unclear, the vision stays the same as it’s always been and that’s answering the ‘how can I support’ question.

Flexor Cove Fitness is about connecting fitness to people’s lives in a way that builds, showcases, and connects all of our life experiences as an opportunity to grow as individuals.

This brand is not about me, however I’m the one who’s gotta get it off the ground.

Down the road, success will be ultimately measured by how little you see of me and much more about the amazing people and talents who are out there waiting to be discovered. At least that’s the intention!

I’m in love with the idea that being open to limitless possibilities will lead to very awesome outcomes to share.

Fitness is more than just physical. I’m excited to discover, break through, and create a space in the physical and/or digital world that people can call home.
