If you want to get more out of your training, it starts with knowing where you stand.

Our Performance Evaluations measure key areas like speed, agility, strength, and explosiveness to give you a clear, honest look at your athletic performance. Whether you play hockey, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, football—or anything else—this is data you can actually use to train smarter.

You’ll walk away with a better understanding of your strengths, where you can improve, and how to approach your workouts with more purpose.

Our Spring Break Skills Clinics give players the chance to improve their skating, shooting, puck control, and speed in a fun, competitive environment.

💥 Players can register for any individual day or join us for the full week to maximize skill development.

Our Player Spotlight this month features brothers, forwards, and dynamic hockey players for the Jr. Gulls, Connor G. (PeeWee) and Alex G. (Sq**rt).

Their dedication to training has been nothing short of impressive and it’s contributed to their on-ice results this season.

Through our Skating Development Classes, both players have increased their average skating speed by 3 mph and boosted their acceleration by 4–5 mph. That’s the kind of measurable progress that turns effort into impact—and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work! Keep it up, boys! 👏🏼

🚨 Coaches & Team Managers: Interested in on-ice testing for your team? 🏒📊

The season is quickly approaching and our staff is available to come to one of your team’s scheduled practices to run diagnostics to evaluate each player’s skating performance.

Coaches can receive valuable information allowing them to:
➡️ Identify skill gaps - Know exactly who needs extra work in areas such as backward speed, puck control under pressure, or agility transitions

➡️ Strategically group players for drills - Customize station work by ability level or skill focus

➡️ Set clear, measurable goals for individuals and the team - Use the data to track progress throughout the season

➡️ Maximize ice time - Focus on what matters most instead of guessing where players need improvement

➡️ Measure development over time - Re-test mid-season to evaluate growth and adjust training accordingly
