Let’s talk about Kick-boards!
✔️I absolutely love using kick-boards for novice swimmers since it allows swimmers to isolate the leg muscles and therefore it allows them to focus on form & technique.
✔️Specially since kicks are the foundation of all strokes.

We’ve been focusing on stroke development with my little client Judson!
🦋I’m excited to say we have been working on butterfly for the past sessions and he’s learning it so quickly!
Butterfly is one of the most challenging strokes in swimming.
I asked Judson what his favorite stroke is and he said....
“ Butterfly! Because it’s hard! “
✔️This is one of the many reasons I LOVE teaching kids, they enjoy to be challenged and always try their best!

My client Maria wanted to learn how to dive.
So we made it happen!
In only 4 sessions she has improved drastically! Proud of you girl👏🏻
