I co-own a gym with my husband and teach semi-group strength training classes for all ages from beginner to advance levels. I coach strength training, nutrition, competition prep, and overall wellness for a healthier lifestyle. I'm a former national figure and fitness competitor, and professional dance choreographer. With my background, in and out of competitive sports, I've experienced all types
of dieting habits, most good, but some terrible. During the off-season, especially when I stopped competing, I had a negative self-image, insecurities, and I hated my body because it wasn't the "perfect fitness model, 6-pack, lean, magazine cover" physique. I needed to change quickly and take action. I started resetting my inner thoughts and mindset. Over time, after making small daily changes, I found my happiness! I let go of my disapproving thoughts. I had positive energy, enjoyed cooking meals, discovered my passion for strength training again, and was back to being a fun and confident coach, friend, and wife. I learned to exercise and eat better because I LOVED my body, not because I hated it. My passion is to encourage and educate people to be strong, empowered, healthy, and not be afraid to eat the foods they love by releasing confidence and overcoming fear and limiting beliefs.
