Stop by the adult lounge this Saturday from 8:00 to 11:00 AM! While table massages and assisted stretches are fully booked, there are still a few appointments left for ear acupuncture (contact Heidi to set up a time).

Feel free to drop by anytime to try out wellness tools from Impact X, chat with Andrea Zajac about gut health, or sign up on-site for a 10-minute chair massage with Diana. We look forward to seeing you Saturday morning for some much-needed self-care!

Join us for a special Self-Care Day on Saturday, August 1, from 8:00–11:00 AM in the Adult Lounge!

Treat yourself to a variety of wellness services:

• Calvin from Safe Mobility Lab – Assisted stretching

• Shane from Impact X – Massage therapy

• Kim – Ear acupuncture

• Diana – 10 min chair massages (day of sign ups)

Appointments are required for these services, and space is limited. Please contact Heidi to reserve your spot.

Impact X will also have red light therapy masks, compression boots, and a Theragun available for recovery. No appointment is needed to use these recovery tools.

We’re also excited to welcome Andrea Zajac, who will be sharing insights on gut health and helping you discover your unique gut personality.

We can’t wait to see you for a morning of relaxation, recovery, and self-care!

Please join us in welcoming Evelyn to our amazing fitness community! Evelyn is joining our team as a seasonal water fitness instructor. Her debut class will be this Monday as she subs for Ashley.

In July, Evelyn will also be leading a special AquaBox class on Mondays, July 6 and July 13, at 5:00 PM. Be sure to sign up and give her a warm welcome!

Evelyn is an instructor that has been teaching all things aqua for over three years. Born and raised in San Diego, Evelyn grew up swimming, playing water polo, and spending tons of time in and around the water. Evelyn brings aqua aerobics experience from multiple companies/organizations, employing variety and creativity in the assembly and instruction of her aqua aerobics classes. When not in aqua aerobics instructing or teaching swim lessons, you can find Evelyn spending quality time outdoors with family and friends, or attending to patients on an ambulance as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

Let’s pack Court A and turn it into a line dancing party!

Join Roberta for Line Dancing Basics on June 18 at 4:30 PM at Trails. Whether you’re brand new to line dancing or just looking for a fun way to move, this class is sure to get you smiling, stepping, and dancing along.
