Introducing Carli Kenyon 🌼

Carli has a way of making everyone feel seen, supported & right at home. Her teaching creates a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. After years of traveling & deepening her practice, we’re so grateful she’s back in San Diego sharing her gifts with our community.

A little bit about Carli:

Where are you from? 
✨ Born and raised in San Diego! 

What inspired you to pursue a career in wellness? 
✨ I was raised training in martial arts at my parents studio from the age of 3, so being on a mat feels like second nature to me. I realized at a young age that life becomes easier if I take care of my body. Finding a deep connection with my personal practice has inspired me to help others connect to their bodies as well. 

What’s one wellness tip you swear by? 
✨  I swear by waking up in the morning and immediately sitting in the sunshine while I stretch and sip on warm lemon water! I look forward to the warmth of the sun and the water while I gently move my body to prepare for my day.. and daily yoga of course! ;)

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 
✨  I am so passionate about travel and adventure. I love immersing myself in other cultures to learn different ways of life. I find it gives me a more empathetic perspective on how to live. I’m also attached at the hip to my kindle and am reading around the clock! 

What are you most excited about joining the Soul Plunge team? 
✨ Soul Plunge is led by such a talented group of humans and I am so excited to learn from my fellow instructors and get to know the community. I’m an avid student myself so I look forward to taking classes and sessions alongside the Soul Plunge community!
