More action does not automatically create more success.

If you want your business to grow and duplicate, these things are vital:

1. A simple process
2. Systems that save you time

I thought I needed a better system or more action.

What I actually needed to change was my identity.

Your identity is simply the way you think about yourself.

What you believe you are capable of.

And what feels normal for you to create and maintain.

If your action changes but your identity does not, you can absolutely create the result...

It will just be much harder to maintain it.
This is where hustle can show up.

You are taking action because you are afraid of losing what you created.

You are working to not lose instead of working to win.

The biggest shift for me was learning how to make decisions from the woman I was becoming instead of constantly trying to prove something about the woman I had been.

And as a leader, there is another identity shift that happens.

You go from being a successful salesperson or producer to becoming a leader of leaders.

You stop believing you have to create every result yourself.

You coach.
You cast vision.
You create simple systems.

You help other women become successful alongside you.
That is where your business starts to multiply.

And that is where business can become so much more peaceful and profitable.

This is one of the biggest things we will work on inside The Driven Mastermind.

Not just what you need to do to get to your next level.

Who you need to become so that level feels normal for you.

Your brain is going to want you to implement every great idea you heard as soon as you get home…

Instead, do these 3 things:
1. Go through your notes and choose the top 1–3 things that will actually move the needle for you.

Put them on your calendar and take action.

2. Teach what you learned to someone else within 24 hours.

Sharing your biggest takeaways will help solidify what you learned.

3. Get support.

It is one thing to reconnect to your vision when you are in the room.

It is another thing to stay connected to it when normal life starts again.

When the numbers do not show up as quickly as you hoped.

When you start questioning the goal.

When the excitement isn’t as high.

This is where support can make all the difference.

You need someone in your corner who reminds you of who you are, what you are capable of, and helps you get clear on your next best step.
