Even though I have been a Coach for over 4 years, I know what it’s like to feel lost about my true life purpose and be overwhelmed with anxiety.

Because years ago, that struggle consumed my life.

I know what it’s like to wake up and feel completely overwhelmed by my thoughts. I’ve had so much anxiety from feeling disconnected from my true life purpose that it took over me. I literally didn’t feel ALIVE. I thought I was going to be stuck in a loop of negative thinking for the rest of my life because it was happening every day.

It got so bad that I invested over $30,000 in business coaches and personal development events to try and get the clarity I was so badly seeking.  

So, I know how painful it can be.

And, I know what it’s like to be on the other side of it.

To live a meaningful and purposeful life is beyond rewarding and fulfilling. To have a life where I wake up and walk along the beach, listen to music, dance, and just feel this complete sense of freedom and aliveness. I go to bed at night thinking about how much I’ve been through in my life and how far I’ve come and how grateful I am to be living my true life’s purpose.

The best part is I feel a deep sense of ALIVENESS. I can finally allow myself to feel my emotions without freaking out. 

And, I want this kind of life for everyone! That’s why I do the work that I do.

Even though there’s a part of me that thinks I’m sharing too much about my life’s work this week, my deeper truth is that I care way too much about helping people live a purposeful and meaningful life that they truly love to let that fear stop me.

Because I know how painful it can be when you have crippling fear and anxiety about your future. And I have dedicated myself to helping thousands of people COME ALIVE and live a life that feels purposeful and fun everyday.

Have you ever felt like something inside you just... woke up?

It's not always a big event that triggers it. Sometimes it's a conversation, a question, a moment of silence. And suddenly, you see everything differently.

You can't go back to living the way you did before. These are leaps of consciousness: moments when your perception expands and you begin to choose from another level of clarity.

I've seen this in myself and in many people I coach. It's not magic. It's presence. It's internal work. And it's real.

A leap of consciousness changes the way you think, feel, and act. It's the beginning of a new way of being in the world. You don't need to have everything clear; you just need to be willing to look at yourself more truthfully.

The Fear That’s Been Holding Me Back and How I’m Overcoming It.

Even though I have coached 60+ clients and spoken on stages in front of hundreds of people, I  have to admit that I’ve been playing small and not yet making the impact I know that I am here to make… yet.

Because I don’t want to come off as salesy or pushy, I haven’t shared parts of my story and why I’m so passionate about my work. I hold back in sharing what’s really on my heart because I don’t want to look like all I’m trying to do is make money. 

But that changes this week, LET’S GOOOO!

I’ve joined a 5-Day Challenge to step up, be more visible, and share more of my story with you…

Because I know that there are a lot of people who are leaders here to make a difference in the world that I could help who experience self-sabotage and people pleasing and want to COME ALIVE and live out their life purpose!!

Since when did being yourself require approval?

You weren’t born to meet anyone else’s expectations you were born to express, to expand, and to take up space with presence and pride. ✨

You don’t need permission to speak your truth, to shine fully, or to live out loud. Being you isn’t something you have to explain it’s something you’re meant to embody. So let it go: the fear, the guilt, the pressure to belong in places that dim your light. Your authenticity isn’t a gift you offer others it’s a gift you reclaim for yourself. 💜

And the people who truly see you? They’ll never ask you to shrink. They’ll celebrate the fire, the softness, the realness of who you are. 🔥

Your character isn’t something to soften it’s something to celebrate.

It’s the spark that makes you different, the energy that brought you here, and the truth that keeps you aligned.

For a long time, I tried to shape myself into what others expected quieter, smaller, more “acceptable.” But the more I tried to fit in, the more disconnected I felt from my essence. Until I shifted the belief that acceptance had to come from outside of me.

True freedom begins the moment you stop filtering who you are and start honoring who you’ve always been. 💜

There’s nothing more magnetic than someone who owns their truth without apology. Because when you’re authentic, life doesn’t just reflect your image it reflects your soul.

Your character is not a flaw to manage it’s a force that leads. It’s the inner voice that guides your decisions, holds your boundaries, and fuels your purpose when others hesitate.

Don’t dilute your essence for comfort.
Don’t quiet your power for approval.
Stand in your truth and let the world meet the real you.

Having big dreams doesn't make you ambitious.
Daring to make them a reality... that's what transforms your life.

For a long time, I felt that desire for "something more."
I knew I had potential, that I was made to live with purpose, freedom, and fulfillment.

But something held me back: the fear of failing, of not being ready, of not being enough.

Until one day, I stopped waiting.
And I started moving, even with fear.
Because I understood that the desire to grow needs to be accompanied by courageous action.

Growing isn't just about achieving things.
It's about returning to yourself, healing what weighs you down, questioning what you believe, elevating your vibe, and moving toward what you deserve.

What if the only thing separating you from the life you want… is a belief?

A single idea you repeat silently.
A voice you learned to hear as truth.
The one that tells you “I'm not enough,” “this isn't for me,” “I'd better stay where I am.”

But it doesn't have to stay that way.

When you give yourself permission to question your thoughts and choose new ones, it changes your energy, changes your vibe, changes your life.

It's not about forcing yourself to think positively.

It's about remembering that you can choose.
And when you choose differently, something inside you ignites.

You feel freer. More alive. More you.

So, tell me:
