A friend of mine spent years dealing with hip pain, lower back pain, and constant discomfort. They were told one leg was longer than the other, and eventually just accepted that this was something they’d have to live with.
But the problem wasn’t a longer leg.
The problem was asymmetry.
After a few sessions with a chiropractor, it became clear that what appeared to be a leg length discrepancy was actually the result of pelvic and structural misalignment. Once those patterns were addressed, the difference disappeared, and so did much of the pain that had been affecting daily life.
This is more common than people think.
When one side of your body is doing more work than the other, everything starts to compensate. Hips shift. Muscles tighten. Joints move differently. Eventually, what starts as a small imbalance can become chronic pain, limited mobility, and reduced performance.
Your body is incredibly good at adapting.
The problem is that it will adapt to dysfunction just as readily as it adapts to good movement.
If you’re constantly dealing with hip pain, back pain, or feeling like one side of your body just isn’t working the same as the other, don’t assume it’s normal.
Find out what’s actually causing it.
Book a session and let’s identify what’s really holding your body back.
